WILMINGTON, Del.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Incyte (Nasdaq:INCY) today announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved Opzelura™ (ruxolitinib) cream 1.5% for the topical treatment of nonsegmental vitiligo in adult and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older. Opzelura is the first and only FDA-approved treatment for repigmentation in patients with vitiligo, and the only topical formulation of a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor approved in the United States. Vitiligo is a chronic autoimmune disease characterized by depigmentation of skin. " I CAN TELL" a vitiligo photo series exhibit As a person with vitiligo, we have heard "oh, I can't even tell" But..... I CAN TELL ! I CAN TELL is a photo series created by Sharolyn B. Hagen Photography featuring members of Minnesota VITFriends, a vitiligo support community. A never before seen photoshoot using ultraviolet black lights that causes the vitiligo spots to stand out. I CAN TELL features vitiligo models of different ages, races and sexes. The series was created to raise awareness about the autoimmune disease vitiligo.
